TERMS OF SALES : ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS: The general conditions of sale contained in this document govern the contractual relations between the company and its customer within the framework of a distance selling system. Both parties accept them without reservation. These conditions will prevail over all other conditions. This contract is subject to French law. No personal information will be disclosed to any other organization. DELIVERY TIME :The minimum shipping time is 48 hours (2 working days) upon receipt of your payment provided that the product is in stock and excluding problems inherent to transport. The maximum delivery time may vary from 4 to 8 weeks depending on supplier stocks. Any delays or stock shortages will be notified directly to the customer by email or noted on the product sheets; but do not entitle you to payment of damages. PAYMENT TERMS:

Credit Card / Visa / Checks / must be attached to the order. For payment by bank transfer, ask us for our IBAN. FOR ANY ORDER EXCEEDING €200, WE CAN REQUEST A DOUBLE-SIDED PHOTOCOPY OF THE BANK CARD. Bank Transfer only from countries into Euro Zone.

CLAIM : Any complaint must be made within 48 hours after receipt of the goods by registered letter.
RETURN-EXCHANGE: Withdrawal period: the customer has a legal withdrawal period of 7 working days from receipt to return unsuitable items. Items must be returned in new, complete, unused and unworn condition. For CDs and vinyl, DVD, BLU-RAY, if they were sent in a blister, they must still be; otherwise will not be taken back. Shipping costs incurred following an error on our part or an item defect will be our responsibility. In the event of an error on your part, the costs of returning your package will remain your responsibility, and only the returned item will be refunded, but not the initial shipping costs. Return costs as well as return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, in the event of an exchange request. Refunds are made within 30 days after receipt of the item by ADIPOCERE. Please note, no refund will be made if the returned item is not in new condition with original labels, folded correctly and free of dirt, hair, etc. No returns or refunds for items meeting hygiene standards such as earrings, underwear, makeup, etc. We advise you to re-ship your packages by Colissimo tracked without signature (or Letter tracked for small items remaining under 3cm thick) and to notify us in advance by telephone or email. We do not reimburse return costs for packages sent by "coliposte", chronopost or any other prepaid postage. We do not accept any returns by cash on delivery or carriage due. (if in doubt, contact us).
RETURN-REFUND: If you do not like the item you ordered, you have 7 days to return it to us (intact in its original packaging). You will receive a credit covering only the market value of the item. PLEASE NOTE promotional products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.TRANSPORTATION : All our shipments are made by Post for France, depending on the case, by registered mail or with tracking. So in the event of loss confirmed by La Poste, we will return the same merchandise to you. If it is not in stock, you can take something else for the same value or get a refund. The same goes for shipments to Relay Points. Shipments outside France are systematically made by post or carrier, with tracking and insurance if necessary.
